Youth in Project Move

If you are a young person with a disability between the ages of 16-21 and are looking for support, guidance, encouragement and connections as you transition from school to work? you could have a mentor through Project MOVE.

With the one-on-one support of your mentor and a few hours each month your life can change. You and your mentor can explore your strengths, check out future education choices, look at jobs, make connections with people in your community ? and much more! With Project MOVE, you and your mentor will have the assistance of our staff and access to other sources of help as you take steps toward your future as an adult.

All of us have had mentors in our lives. So, if you are confused about your future, unsure of your next steps and open to support - get matched with a mentor and let them be a part of your success!

The first step is to check this out ? so call Project MOVE at 328-6683!
